The Bread Givers,

Smolinsky, the youngest

rabbi who rebels against
her father's rigid conception
of Jewish womanhood. This
discussion is open to the

Presenters Needed! No Experience
Necessary!
Sisterhood
is proud to present each Bar/Bat Mitzvah child with a lovely
gift in honor of this special occasion in their lives. The gift
has changed over the years and currently it is a beautiful Kiddush
Cup. A sisterhood member presents the gift to each child at
the Shabbat evening service of their B'nai Mitzvah weekend.
It is even more special when a B'nai Mitzvah family member or
friend is the Sisterhood presenter! Anyone who is a current
Sisterhood member can be a presenter! We will provide several
brief scripts to choose from or you may make up your own. If
you would like to be the presenter to a friend or family member's
child having a Bar or Bat Mitzvah, please leave a message on
the Sisterhood Hotline 612-377-6700 ext. 501 or contact Arlene
Leibovich.
